Observation

Sliding glass door unlocked, opens easily to unlicensed space with a large quantity of construction materials right outside the door. Interior door from the toddler room to the unlicensed office is unlocked. Doors leading to the exterior of the building to licensed and unlicensed space are not locked and do not have an audible alert for teachers to know if the door is opened.
